When they were destroyed in Bamiyan, Afghanistan, I felt the desire to preserve, honor, and further portray the Buddha, to create interpretive renditions and examine the juxtaposition of this subject with our modern world.
The Buddha is timeless; a guide for finding one's center of focus, and a calming yet energizing influence.
